Miss Savory’s “Little Journey”
Meatless RecipesÂ
I use for cooking and baking Xucker, instead of sugar. The sweet Xucker is a sugar substitute and is made from natural raw materials such as plant fibers or grain starch. This contains approx. 40% fewer calories than normal household sugar, is tooth-friendly and sweetens just as much. Since it is very suitable for cooking and baking, you will always find it in my list of ingredients. Of course, these recipes can also be used 1:1 with normal household sugar.
Almond,- spelled and wholemeal flour.Â
Almond flour has a higher protein content, less fat and more carbohydrates, and it also has a longer shelf life and better baking properties. Spelled flour contains more and higher-quality protein, more minerals and vitamins than wheat flour. As a rule, it is also much more tolerable and healthier. Wholemeal flour contains many important and high-quality dietary fibers that regulate intestinal activity, fill us up and promote digestion. Also like spelled flour, it is rich in vitamins, minerals and full of healthy carbohydrates. Of course, all dishes can be cooked and baked 1:1 with wheat flour.
