- 1 zucchini
- 4 baby eggplants
- Various peppers (green, red, small & large)
- olive oil
- salt, pepper, paprika, dill
Antipasti – preparation in the oven
You can easily make these antipasti yourself. First you cut the vegetables into strips and then brush them with oil.
Then everything is placed on a baking sheet and baked at about 30 minutes (180 degrees).
Caution : It is best to place aluminum foil over the vegetables so that they do not turn too black.
Of course you can also prepare antipasti in the pan. The procedure is almost the same.
