The potato gratin has its origins in France, in the Dauphiné region. There in southern France, this food is a typical and popular dish. In 1788 supposed to. it may have been the first time potato au gratin was prepared for Gap city officials.
Because the potatoes are slowly prepared into a herb-cream-milk mixture, they end up with a particularly nice and creamy taste.
For two small bowls you need:

- 4 potatoes
- grated cheese
- 1 pack crème fraîche (herbs)
- 3 tbsp milk
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp honey

Sauce is mixed as follows: crème fraîche, milk, spices and grated cheese.

Then place the potatoes in the two bowls (stack them next to each other)

Then sprinkle the sauce on top.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown. If necessary, place an aluminum foil over it.
