Vegetable lasagne with a difference
Originally, the vegetable lasagne is said to come from England .
In the collection of all the recipes of King Richard  II’s cooks, there was a recipe collection in the 14th century that included “loseyns” , ie layered sheets of pasta with cheese .Â

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and place in a saucepan. Then sear briefly (approx. 5 minutes) and sauté for another 10 minutes and season.

For the béchamel sauce 1 cup of crème fraîche some milk spices.

Put the crème fraîche in a saucepan and add a little milk. Then season with salt, pepper and paprika.
