Autumn is coming and with it the cozy and cold season. That's when you sit at home more often and make yourself comfortable. A delicious pumpkin carrot potato soup fits perfectly. You can prepare this recipe yourself in no time at all and it also tastes incredibly good. Be sure to try it!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 helped Hokkaido
  • 1  apple
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3  carrots 3 potatoes
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Vegetable broth
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper
  • Parsely
  • Olive Oil

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • Cut the potatoes, carrots, apple, Hokkaido and onion into small pieces and place in a pot of boiling water.

Step 2

  • Add ginger and garlic.

Step 3

  • Boil everything together. (about 15-20min)

Step 4

  • Then puree and season well.
