Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml lukewarm water
  • 14 g of yeast
  • 1  tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 g wholemeal flour
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • oregano salt, pepper
  • 1  zucchini
  • 1 can of Hawaii
  • 1 can sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 onion

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • Mix water with yeast and a pinch of sugar and salt.
  • Then let the whole thing rise for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

  • Place flour in a bowl and add oil.
  • Then knead everything well until the dough is smooth.

Step 3

  • Then cover everything with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Step 4

  • For the topping, mix the tomato paste and chopped tomatoes with the oregano and salt and pepper.

Step 5

  • Roll out the dough and spread with tomato sauce.
  • Scatter the grated cheese on top and then add the vegetables to the pizza.

Step 6

  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
