First you cut the pumpkin into large pieces and let it cook in a water bath for about 10 minutes until it is nice and soft.
Then puree it with the hand blender to create a creamy mass.
In the meantime you mix the dough. Here you put flour, sugar, yeast, salt, olive oil and vinegar in a mixing bowl and mix everything vigorously.
Then add the warm pumpkin puree with about 3 tablespoons of water.
Now let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
If you want, you can shape a pumpkin look. To do this, you have to roll out the dough into a ball and shape it into a pumpkin with twine or kitchen twine.
Tip: You are welcome to add extra grains or pumpkin seeds to the bread.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
