Step by step guide
Step 1
Briefly bake the tortillas in the oven (1-2 min. at 120 degrees)
Step 2
For the cream, season cream cheese and add some honey.
Step 3
Cook the cucumber, carrots and aubergine in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Spread evenly over the tortillas and top with oven-roasted vegetables.
Step 4
Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut diagonally into pieces with a knife.
